The weight problem in the United States has long been a prevalent issue. With the ubiquitous presence of fast food restaurants, easy availability of prepackaged foods in grocery stores, and a sedentary lifestyle encouraged by millions of desk jobs by day and dozens of tempting television shows at night, it’s not surprising that over a third of Americans are obese. However, now our children are being affected by our lifestyle choices as well.
